Professionally, he begins in 1978 in the studies Filman of Madrid working in TV series of Hanna-Barbera: The Flinstone, Yogi Bear, etc. In 1984 he moves to Paris to work in the animated film Asterix and Cesar’s Surprise, after which they will arrive other two: Asterix in Britain and The Blow of the Menhir. Back in Spain he creates the study Lápiz Azul Animation next to other partners, working in some international productions until signing an exclusivity agreement with Walt Disney Animation France. After leaving Lápiz Azul, he continues working for Walt Disney from Madrid until his transfer to Paris in 1994 to work in Runaway Brian and The Humpback of Notre Dame. He returns to Madrid to start, as creative director of Iberian Creative Services, the artistic department of Walt Disney Company Spain and Portugal which didn’t exist before and where he was in charge for three years. After leaving this position he creates a new company: Animagic Studio. At this moment, he works as an independent professional for the Estudios Milímetros, among others.

MIGUEL ÁNGEL AÍSA

Born in Madrid in 1963, he launched his professional career collaborating with magazines, which are now mythical in the world of comics (Madrid, Cairo, Metal Hurlant, etc). In 1983 he began to integrate himself into the animation industry, taking part in different teams which brought to life such significant series as Jetsons, Smurfs, Foo-Fur (Hanna-Barbera), Count Duckula (Cosgrove may) or La Corona Mágica (TVE). In 1992 he worked for Warner Bros on one of the most successful series in the last 30 years: Batman. From 1983 onwards he integrated the Milímetros team, where he gave innumerable demonstrations of his great talent in different series and feature-length films put together by the most important producers in the world: Trickompany (Germany), Cosgrove Hall (England), DIC (USA), Walt Disney (USA), Bavaria Film (Germany), M.G.M. (USA), etc. He is considered to be one of the best background artists in Europe.

JUAN ANTONIO PÉREZ GAMA

Born in Aguilar de la Frontera (Córdoba), he passed through the art schools of Córdoba and began his career as a cartoonist in Madrid for the series Os Vixilantes Do Camiño (by Miguelantxo Prado, Milímetros, for TVG). He then embarked on the feature-length Dragon Hill, la colina del dragón (Milímetros) and received the Goya 2003 Award. Next, he joined the team behind Los Reyes Magos (candidate for Goya 2004 Award). He also collaborated on the series Super Duper Sumos for Cartoon Network, and has won various comics awards. In 2004 he worked as scriptwriter and supervisor on the short Zacarías Zombie. And recently he has worked as assistance and incorporation Supervisor for the Milímetros team of Córdoba for the producers of El cubo mágico and RH+.
