Workshops, conferences, forums, briefings, lectures,…there are plenty of different activities organized for the III International Animated Film Festival, which are turning the city of Cordoba into a reference point for the national and international animated film industry, and a meeting place for creators and professionals. In other words, a not-to-be-missed opportunity for those of us who love this universal art and the dreams that it creates.

I must say, though, that the “2^nd Countywide Animation Series” is one of the activities that the organization most enthusiastically develops. It is through it that the Festival expands its scope and acquires a special relevance within the province of Cordoba, as our cities become key elements that define the impact of Animacor´07.

As the Festival consolidates its position within the cultural scene, our commitment to the province encourages us to continue working to increase the number of municipalities that participate in the Provincial Tour. This year, as a new addition, we have included the city of Cordoba in this activity and the Palacio de la Merced (Diputación de Córdoba) has made some space available to feature the Provincial Tour program.

A year gone by, and Animacor´07 Countywide Animation Series is today a reality because we are fortunate to count on the most valuable participation of companies such as Milímetros Dibujos Animados, M5 Audiovisual, Cartoon Network Studios, Áralan Films, Eqlipse PC, Il Luster Production, Silverspace 3D, and Farhat Films, which lend us their productions so we can develop a program featuring an interesting sample of both national and international animated productions. Thank you very much for your support and collaboration.

Dragons, monsters, children spies, knights, zombies and vampires are waiting take us on a wild adventure through amazing worlds. Will you miss it???...
