ANIMACOR 2005 - VOLUNTEERING PROGRAMME
The figure of the volunteering is more and more well-known and necessary in any cultural event. That is the reason why 05’ ANIMACOR, as meeting point between professionals, creators and the audience to whom their works are led, has among its priorities developing a Programme in this way. Without it, the infrastructures, their sections, its programme and its show of means would be incomplete and too far from getting the purpose pursued.
To be a volunteering in 05’ ANIMACOR will imply a personal commitment, participation, to be active part, to carry out an essential labour for the development of the whole of the Festival and to be aware of the social value of its actions, to work as a team and to fight for a common purpose.
The experience that its activity will provide as volunteers is something that will justify the acquired commitment with ANIMACOR.
With the disposition of the necessary means to develop their labour, they will receive the formation and information necessary to attend to their responsibilities, which will be to fulfil with the labour which is entrusted and to co-operate with the different aspects of the organisation.

Appointment plan: in order to achieve the satisfactory insistence of the volunteer action during the celebration of this 1st INTERNATIONAL ANIMATION FESTIVAL, the different factors which facilitate the selection of the suitable people depending on several criteria referring to the capture, availability, the preference of the implication, the participation, and so on.
